The ferry is easy and only costs 2 euros per person and 7 euros for a car. There are multiple ferries that go to Antiparos from either the main port town which takes 30 minutes, or from the port town of Parikia where the ferry departs every half hour and takes only 10 minutes. Santorini and Naxos are very different from each other, but both are worth visiting. Antiparos is easily accessible from Paros. You could fly to Santorini first, spend 3 nights there, and then take the Blue Star Ferry to Naxos. How long is your trip? Wil you be visiting the mainland as well?
